Episode 21 Cheryl Lynn Tunnell-Springfield
21 year-old Cheryl Lynn Tunnell-Springfield was murdered in the early morning hours of Christmas day, December 25th, 1980. She was beaten and strangled, and her nude body was discarded under the Christmas tree only feet away from where her young son slept. 38 years later, the case officially remains unsolved, although police and Cheryl’s sister Jan, believe that they know who is responsible. Jan discusses Cheryl’s case as well as her efforts to get justice for her sister after 38 years.
